A 57 year old Asian male, had a sudden onset of crushing central chest pain, radiating to both arms. he felt SOB, nausea and sweating. The pain had started at about 12:00hrs, and had lasted for about 30 minutes. He was normally fit and well, but did smoke 15/day.
