Case 48 

A 57 year old Asian male, had a sudden onset of crushing central chest pain, radiating to both arms.

he felt SOB, nausea and sweating. The pain had started at about 12:00hrs, and had lasted for about 30 minutes.

He was normally fit and well, but did smoke 15/day.

Just 4 minutes later it was repeated as the pain returned

Case 49                  

A 67 year old female, presented with a sudden onset of central chest pain, radiating to her left shoulder.

It was associated with nausea, sweating and she felt clammy.

She had had two previous MI's in the 1980's.
