Terminology
| Door to Needle | From the time at which a patients presents at the hospital (booking in time or the time the ambulance arrives at hospital - which ever is the earliest) to the time at which they receive thrombolysis |
| Call to Needle | From the time at which a patients calls for help to the time at which they receive thrombolysis |
| Pain to Needle | The time from onset of pain to thrombolysis |
| Walk ins | Patients who attend hospital who have not contact the GP or ambulance service first |
| STEMI |

| NON-STEMI |
As above, but without the ST elevation, largely can only be diagnosed with changes in the blood markers |
